At Three Breaths Studio, we teach Classical Pilates Method combined with Contemporary Pilates, FRC (Functional Range Conditioning Technique), TRX, Yoga and Weight Training. We believe in offering high-quality teaching to ensure a deeper understanding of the Pilates technique. 

Immerse yourself in the practice and history of Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, and Pedi-O-Pull in a truly empowering experience. 

We are a studio committed to teaching Private and customized Mini Group Pilates Sessions to deliver quality instructions for better technique and care to the individual.

Our studio is equipped with traditional Pilates made by Balanced Body USA. All sessions are personal and tailored to the individual, focused on body conditioning and strength building with flexibility, control, technique and flow that utilizes all the Pilates equipment. All Pilates sessions are always delivered with mindful care and detailed attention.
