"It's been five years since I started Pilates with Sophie. I had major imbalance and asymmetry in my body due to sever disc issues. It was difficult to walk for a long period of time because of that. After several sessions, I started to become aware of the small tiny muscles in the joints and body that were underestimated and not been used much. This was a big change for me. As I realized the improvement of those tiny muscles, I learned to engage right muscles and started to feel balanced energy not only when I exercise but also when I walk!
